Sheetal Malap

Sheetal ma'am is an amazing yoga teacher! Her classes are the perfect mix of a good workout and deep relaxation. She gives very clear instructions and always offers easier or harder options depending on how you feel. I leave every class feeling centered, calm, and with much less tension in my back. Highly recommend her to both beginners and experienced yogis!"
