I had good fortune of having Santosh as my yoga trainer for more than 2 years. He had introduced me to this practice and there could not have been a better person. He was immensely encouraging and motivating. He gently stepped up the rigour thus making sure I did absorbed the fundamentals before moving to next stage. Though I had to discontinue the lessons later because of my work schedule his lessons have made a lasting impact on my lifestyle and personality.
