I've had a wonderful experience with my yoga trainer. She is extremely motivating, encouraging, and patient throughout the sessions. Her classes are very beginner-friendly, and she thoughtfully curates asanas based on my individual ability and comfort level. She ensures that I progress at my own pace without feeling pressured.
