Mahadev has played a truly important role in my fitness journey. After being away from regular exercise for quite some time, he gave me the confidence to step back into the gym, pick up the equipment again, and train safely and consistently. Trained me for strength and conditioning during my Ironman preparation. He is someone with deep knowledge of the body and muscle groups. Caters to one’s body’s needs very well. Especially working with my injury meant both rehab and strengthening within 8 months of race! And wouldn’t have been possible without him. Highly recommend!
