Farhaan Yafai

he’s one the best trainers out there, always supportive, encouraging on days when you feel like not working at all. with every session i got better, stronger.

i was having trouble gaining weight, i was always so under-confident, skinny, blaming my genetics. but when i hired farhaan bhai as my trainer, things changed. i gained 6-7 kgs, started feeling confident about myself

his training method is unique, in the beginning only i was getting trained by him, when i started seeing results i hired him for my family members as well
