Dr. nihar Thakkar

Starting from attending sirs clinics in 2nd year mbbs surgery posting to finally learning surgery from his self in final year, not just he made us fall for the subject , but also he made us fall for the way he teaches and also I assure the introvert in you who is scared of answering or asking doubts will definitely be a loud and vocal student because sir never leave u unheard and unanswered be it silliest or craziest, I really wish surgery as my dream branch and nihar sir to be my mentor throughout this journey!!

Sir explains the complex topic of surgery with such ease that it feels like a piece of cake. His lectures and explanation help with not only theoretical aspects of surgery but also practical aspects, which helps the medical students to correlate both.

He is a very logically sound teacher. Every topic of surgery becomes very easy when he teaches us.

His teaching is top notch. I have taken tutoring under him.

His clinical way of teaching surgery to med students

He is an excellent teacher and mentor. He teaches everything logically!

He is one of the best surgery teachers ever. He makes the concept feel like a patient walking in the OPD. I used to feel that surgery is just mugging things up, but the day I enrolled in his lectures, I understood that it is a lot beyond just mugging things up.

He is a teacher who brings out the best in me, whenever we answer in his sessions be it right or wrong, he always supports and guides to the correct answer. Thank you Nihar Sir for encouraging me to be the best version of me.

Excellent teaching that makes surgery easy to understand.

He is a great teacher and an experienced surgeon. This is a tough combination to beat when you want a surgery professor. Dr. Nihar one-ups that lethal combo by primarily imparting logical and critical thinking to his students.

He is one of the best teachers I have come across and will continue to be.

I am a part of Sir's infusion batch. I've always loved surgery, and now it's my favourite even more. Sir makes us understand surgery in the easiest way and has cool tricks that help memorise stuff faster. He also shares experiences that make us remember the concept relating to them. All the sessions are very interactive, and never a dull moment. He encourages us to discuss a lot of things and come up with the solutions ourselves. I'm sure I'll continue to learn from him always, and I'm sure I'll fall in love with surgery even more! Thank you, Sir, for being a wonderful teacher.

Sir is an amazing mentor. He was a professor in our college, and we learnt a lot during our clinical postings. Also, his initiative through Logical Surgeon Platform was extremely helpful in tackling exams.

A very passionate teacher and mentor who explains the subject conceptually from scratch, his teaching methods not only helped me pass my exam easily but also were very useful during the clinicals.

I have been Nihar sir's student and now sir has also offered me the opportunity to work with him. He is a mix of a good academic mentor, guide, best part is he is a friend to all his students !

The way Nihar sir first tries to understand students' questions and their concept understanding, and then teaches and makes sure that we adapt to the way of thinking rather than just learning, is one of the best qualities of him as a teacher.

Sir has been a very exceptional and supportive teacher who takes didactic teachings and teaches every concept logically and clinically

I support and vote for Dr. Nihar Thakkar because his teaching made surgery easy to understand through clinical reasoning and logical explanations. His classes helped me not only in academics but also during my internship, where I could apply concepts with greater confidence. He teaches in a way that makes students feel actively involved in patient management and surgical decision-making.

Sir is extremely supportive in terms of academics He had taken our practical classes both online and offline which helped us a lot in University practical and theory exams He very nicely explains the concept

I had in my mind surgery as toughest subject but when I join Nihar sir explains concepts clearly and makes learning engaging and easy to understand and at the end surgery became my favourite subj......thank you
