I have known Chandresh Yadav for the last ten years, first as a friend and then I got to see closely how he works as a teacher. Honestly, in all these years I have never seen anyone teach maths the way he does. He teaches all kinds of students – engineering students preparing for JEE, commerce students who need maths for their course, and even normal school/college students who just want to get better at the subject. Most teachers stick to one type of student, but Chandresh changes his way of teaching depending on who is in front of him. That's something I have noticed again and again. Over the years I have personally seen many of his students clear IIT and NIT, and many others scoring really good marks in their exams. What I like most is that he doesn't only focus on the already bright students. Even students who were weak in maths or scared of the subject, he sits with them patiently until they understand. I have seen kids come to him hating maths and later actually enjoying it. He is also someone who genuinely cares. He takes extra classes if a student is stuck, replies to doubts even late at night, and never makes a student feel small for not understanding something. As a friend, I have seen this side of him for ten years now, and it has never changed. For all these reasons – his knowledge of the subject, his results with IIT/NIT students, his way of handling students of all levels, and simply being a genuinely good human being – I fully support Chandresh Yadav's name for best teacher in the country.
