I had a really good experience training with my trainer Anju mam. She was very supportive, patient, and encouraging . She guided me properly with each exercise. I learned a lot from her and felt comfortable and confident during my workouts. I’m really happy with my experience ❤️

Anju mam is a great teacher I started my fitness journey with her she taught me from basics and focused on the right form and way of doing any excercise she is very passionate about teaching I wish her all the best
